Penn. Gov. to fight NCAA sanctions in court

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett announced he will file a federal lawsuit against the NCAA to overturn the sanctions imposed on Penn State University in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.
