Reid: "Not overly optimistic" on "cliff" talks

Despite the fact that "fiscal cliff" negotiations have seemingly stalled due to outstanding disputes over taxes and entitlements, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said today that he is "not overly optimistic" about the possibility of a deal, but that he is "cautiously optimistic" that Congress will be able to achieve at least something.
