McConnell: Willing to deal but "I need a dance partner"

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said today that his office submitted their last "fiscal cliff" offer to Democrats yesterday at 7:10 p.m., but "we've yet to receive a response to our good-faith offer." He added that he still wants to make a deal, but said, "I need a dance partner."
