December 29, 2012 7:45 PM

It's double the mystery Saturday, Jan. 5 beginning at 9/8c on CBS. At 9 p.m.: A millionaire's son kidnapped, a wild ransom note and a family on the edge of terror. Then all-new at 10 p.m.: Would a husband drug his kids so they wouldn't hear him kill his wife?

It confused me how during the sentencing, the judge said "now Robert Wiles is dead," however there is no such evidence that Wiles IS dead as there are no body, remains, or even trace of death except for the fact that he has been missing for so long. Even IF the man convicted is guilty, there MUST be no doubt to find a person guilty. So, there is not even PROOF of a murder taking place, nor is there sufficient evidence to even pin the convicted man as Robert Wiles kidnapper, if even he was kidnapped at all. Maybe there are other facts I am missing, as it is difficult to fit an entire case into one hour, but from what is presented, as of now there is a man wrongly convicted. No, I don't support evil or a murdering man, but I DO support justice, and justice cannot be done when the facts are not present. I am sorry for the Wiles family, and understand their agreement with the verdict as it means a conclusion in the mystery of their missing son, however it's the job of the FBI to find and present EVIDENCE not speculation as it is presented in this case.

Okay, I am not sure this is just poor reporting or if the FBI like many other agencies care more for results than the truth, but 2 quick ideas.
If a man is dying of cancer and has no reason to align himself with social or ethical mores, doesn't it make sense that before he died he took an opportunity to hurt those he blamed(justified or not)for the pain he felt in life. So he takes the young mans phone, follows the manager closely, making it seem like the phone is in in his possession, as I see it they couldn't determine within 100, 200, 300 feet exactly where the phone was, so why not take a look at vehicles traveling before or after the managers car, and make a possible match with the deceased and possible connection to other automobiles. 2nd if I was not necessarily bright but wanted to hurt someone, I probably would have the money placed in such a situation, thinking the blame would automatically trail to the person or persons most likely to be directly involved. The issue here is everyone wants resolution regardless of how from the truth it truly is.
