Hoyer blasts House GOP leaders for absence

The House of Representatives is not in session today, and House Minority Leader Steny Hoyer isn't happy about it. "We should all be here" working to avoid the fiscal cliff, Hoyer said, accusing the "least productive" Congress in his career of shirking their duties and calling on House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, to call the House back into session.
