I have come to believe that the word 'absolutely' is actually 'yes I did it'

I think the son actually had a crush on his step mother and thought he could make one last ditch effort to have sex with her. I wonder about that ***** sample.

It very likely could have been the sons considering the D.A. screwed this up from the get go.

The family should file a civil suit and garnish all his wages for life.
That would be WORSE than jail.

Why is Ann rule such a important figure in this case?
It is laughable, she writes FICTION crime novels!

To think she has played a important role and swayed the opinions of so many people is disturbing.

This is real life, not a movie.

Blame the cops for doing such a bad job with the crime scene (how times do you see that on 48 hours?).

every time someone snuff it, their mom, dad, brother, etc claim they would never do that. ann rule had a couple of good books in the 80's but she is now just a sensationalist. hell, she wrote articles for true detective magazine which is where ted bundy learned how to cover his track.

Poor emotionally & morally weak woman! How can any half-sane woman go for a death-warmed over man with spacy freddie kruger kids, again? It's a scary death sentence. I'd rather go to monk or cloistered convent or prison then be a slave of such a hideous looking std maggot-infested dead dick murderer!

After watching 48 hrs mystery, i believe the body language shows, the husband and son were involved. i cannot believe they got away with it. The police really screwed up.

I've watched a lot of these crime shows. If you learn body language, verbal language & others it usually gives away the guilty. Dad & son are GUILTY or part of the guilty. What confirmed it for me was the angle of the bullet thus gun angle. Meth addicts do not a logical reason to kill anyone. Their screwed up meth riddled brains can make up their own illogical reasons. I put nothing past a meth head. I know I was one 30 yrs ago. The cops& detectives should all be fired for screwing this up from day 1 & no pensions.

Both the father and the son seem to be involved .
They seem both to be pathological liars.
Jonathan seems to be lying , because he cannot simply answer:
"No" to the question , whether he had something to do with the death of his father's wife.
He is either repeating the question ( stalling ) or "Absolutely not. Ridiculous... explanation explanation" .
As opposed to the clearcut "Yes" when asked if his name was Jonathan such and such.

There's something really clear, she couldn't shoot herself, no way, so the question must be answered is who did it??? It's clear that somebody of that family did it. I think that the investigators of this case were so stupid and so useless, it's unbelievable!!!!!!! Why in a case so suspicious didn`t they take any photos???? The investigation was so poor, it's a really bad investigation.
