Instagram revises controversial terms of service

Negotiations over the "fiscal cliff" caused stocks to open sharply lower, a major snowstorm cancelled more than 1,000 flights nationwide, and Instagram bowed under pressure and revised its controversial terms of service policy. Ashley Morrison reports.
