Boehner: "Fiscal cliff" fix now up to Dems

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, put the "fiscal cliff" ball in Democrats' court today, arguing that the House has acted to avert the cliff and that Democrats must now step up. Boehner, whose "Plan B" legislative proposal was pulled from consideration last night due to insufficient support, also pushed back on conservatives' suggestions that the proposal amounted to a tax increase.
