Lawmakers lead the way to ban assault weapons, large magazines

Dick's Sporting Goods, one of the nation's largest gun dealers, suspended the sale of "modern sporting rifles" in the wake of the Newtown shooting. Chip Reid reports 3 congressional Democrats have taken the lead with proposals to ban both military-style assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
