Syrian opposition spokesman calls for arms from U.S. to create no-fly zone

In an interview with CBS News, Syrian opposition spokesman Yaser Tabbara speaks about the need for the U.S. to provide arms to the rebels so they can establish a no-fly zone in their fight against the Assad regime. Tabbara also comments on repairing the relationship between Syria and the U.S.
