Carney: "No indication" GOP will budge on tax hikes

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said today there is "no indication yet" that Republicans are willing to acquiesce to President Obama's call for higher tax rates on the top two tax brackets as part of ongoing negotiations on the "fiscal cliff."
