McConnell: Law is "stacked" in Obama's favor on tax hikes for wealthy

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell today seemed dubious about the likelihood that Republicans can stymie President Obama's desire to hike taxes on wealthy Americans, saying, "What the President's trying to achieve on the top two tax rates he can get by doing nothing - the law is certainly stacked in his favor."
