Panetta: No new signs Syria prepping WMD

During a flight to Kuwait, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta was asked about intelligence reports that the Syrian regime was prepping chemical weapons for use against its own people; He replied, "We haven't seen anything new indicating any aggressive steps to move forward in that way," saying previous intelligence reports signaling such preparation had "leveled off."
