Lawmakers running out of time in fiscal cliff negotiations

President Obama and House Speaker Boehner met at the White House this weekend alone, one-on-one, for the first time in about 18 months. The formal deadline for a budget deal is just 22 days away, but as Nancy Cordes reports, there are a lot of people on Capitol Hill who are hoping it will happen even sooner.
