
Obama on "fiscal cliff": "I'm willing to compromise a little bit"

At a speech at the Daimler Detroit Diesel factory in Michigan, President Obama renewed his call for Congress to extend middle-class tax cuts immediately. The president said, "I'm willing to compromise a little bit" in negotiations to resolve the "fiscal cliff" but said he would not compromise on higher tax rates for the wealthy.
