- This is a re-run from LAST year and the perpetrator is established but there is not enough evidence to prosecute him(the boyfriend/exhusband) and unless some new evidence has come to light,which isnt mentioned in the preview- this is just a bogus waste of new season 48 hour mystery airtime and regular faithful viewers personal time and/or to give grieving mother and Ann Rule more TV exposure. Whats Up CBS??? Not cool- me thinks.
