Boehner: "No progress to report" on "fiscal cliff"

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, today told reporters during a press conference on the "fiscal cliff," "This isn't a progress report, because there's no progress to report." Republicans are willing to negotiate, he said, but won't entertain the president's current "my way or the highway" proposal.
