Whether the U.S. enters the war in Syria appears to be up to dictator Bashar al Assad and his decision on the use of chemical weapons. David Martin reports on the latest intelligence from the region; And, Washington State's new marijuana law is now in effect, making it the first state to legalize the drug for recreational use - with some restrictions. But, as John Blackstone reports, even those who are supposed to enforce the law are a little foggy on the details.

Workers searched through what was left of Plaza Towers Elementary School, which was demolished by the tornado in Moore, Okla. As Anna Werner reports, in many neighborhoods, there isn't much left to salvage; Also, although neighborhoods were destroyed by Monday's tornado, the community of Moore, Okla., has come together; And, around 60 people were still hospitalized Tuesday with injuries they sustained when the tornado plowed through Moore, Okla.
