Graham: DeMint helped build a legacy in the GOP

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham today took to the floor to praise his fellow South Carolina senator, Jim DeMint, who announced he would be leaving his post to head the Heritage Foundation. Graham said the two have not always seen eye to eye, but praised DeMint for his passion and conservative leadership.
