Rape case raises concern over Calif. group home rules

A repeat criminal has been accused of attacking a young woman with autism. The victim walked away from an Oakland group home where the staff saw her leave, but didn't stop her. Phil Matier reports this has raised serious questions about whether Calif. group home rules need a re-write.
