Citigroup to lay off 11,000 workers

A tentative deal was reached to end the strike that has shut down America's largest port complex in Los Angeles and Long Beach, Calif. Also, Citigroup announced plans to cut 11,000 jobs as it restructures. Ashley Morrison reports.
