Ryan, Rubio joke about 2016 pres. race

At the Kemp Foundation Leadership Award Dinner, Rep. Paul Ryan and Sen. Marco Rubio joked about the 2016 race, with Ryan inviting Rubio to lunch and asking, "You know any good diners in New Hampshire or Iowa?" Rubio thanked Ryan for the invite but said he "will not stand by and watch the people of South Carolina ignored!"
