WH stands ground in fiscal cliff negotiations

The state of Oklahoma has often had the bad luck of being in the headlines for tragedies caused by both man and nature. The city of Moore itself has experienced four tornadoes since 1998. Richard Schlesinger reports on the strength of this state.
