Inmate re-arrested less than an hour after release

Lake County, Ore., jail commanders pulled the plug on 32 jail beds, after a cut in federal money for rented beds. And, less than an hour after the release, one of the ex-inmates allegedly held up a bank. KVAL's Tom Adams reports.
