Obama praises Susan Rice in Cabinet meeting

In the first meeting with his full Cabinet since winning re-election, President Obama on Wednesday told reporters he "could not be prouder" of the job performed by Susan Rice. The U.S. ambassador to the United Nations is thought to top the short list to succeed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who led applause for Rice in the meeting.
