Cyber Monday predicted as year's biggest online shopping day

Stocks opened lower as investors watch fiscal cliff negotiations between President Obama and Congress, retail analysts are predicting big gains over last year's Cyber Monday sales figures, and the 2012 holiday shopping season started in record fashion. Ashley Morrison reports.
