Panetta: We don't have to choose between national, fiscal security

During an address on defense priorities to the Center for a New American Security, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta expresses the need to balance defense priorities with fiscal priorities, saying he does not believe that "we have to choose between our national security and our fiscal security."
