Delay in Israel-Hamas cease-fire

Expectations had been that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Israel to seal the deal on a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas. But, as Allen Pizzey reports, there was a last minute change of plans which could delay the announcement by up to 24 hours.
