Petraeus "regrets the circumstances that led to his resignation," Langevin says

After hearing testimony from David Petraeus on the Benghazi attack, Rep. James Langevin, D-R.I., told reporters the CIA director did not address specifics of the extramarital affair that led to his resignation as CIA director, but did say he "regrets the circumstances" that led to it.
