CIA knew Benghazi attack was terrorism within 24 hours, Ruppersberger says

Rep. "Dutch" Ruppersberger, D-Md., on Friday told CBS News correspondent Margaret Brennan that former CIA director David Petraeus testified he believed the first attack on the consulate in Libya grew out of a protest, but that the attack on the CIA safe house hours later showed a degree of planning.
