11/15: BP employees charged with manslaughter; rebuilding "Bell Town USA"

Two employees from BP have been charged with manslaughter over the catastrophic 2010 explosion on the Deepwater Horizon. BP has also agreed to pay the largest fine in U.S. history; And, Matt Bevin has vowed to rebuild his family's 180-year-old bell making business, Bevin Brothers, after it was destroyed by lightning.
