FEMA shelter camps providing assistance to Sandy victims

FEMA has set up 40 acres of emergency housing in the parking lot of a racetrack in Oceanport, New Jersey, which is only part of the agency's response to superstorm Sandy. Mark Strassmann reports mobile homes are also on the way to other areas devastated by the storm.
