Nor'easter hits one week after Sandy

A powerful nor'easter has knocked out electricity to at least 60,000 homes and businesses in the New York City area. The winter storm brought rain, strong winds and snow to the same region affected by superstorm Sandy. CBS News' Ben Tracy reports from the New Jersey shore.
