Boehner starts public negotiation on fiscal cliff

Under pressure from the fiscal cliff, House Speaker John Boehner started a public negotiation with President Obama saying Republicans would accept new tax revenues if tied to tax and entitlement reform. Wyatt Andrews reports one day after the election, the Speaker acknowledged it was clear voters want solutions.
