Man loses leg, crushed by crucifix

While David Jimenez was cleaning the 600-pound crucifix outside the Church of St. Patrick in Newburgh, N.Y., the statue dislodged and toppled onto him, crushing his right leg. Now, as CBS 2's John Slattery reports, Jimenez is suing the archdiocese.
