Stocks open higher before U.S. election results

Stocks are set to surge no matter who is elected president today. Also: Strikes to begin in Greece over newly-proposed austerity measures; and GM is looking to up its cash reserves, to potentially buy back its shares from the U.S. government. Ashley Morrison reports.
