New Jersey gets new rules for filling up on gas

In order to "ease the strain" on gas stations, New Jersey Governor has enacted a gas rationing plan, limiting already desperate drivers to filling up by the last number on their license plate. Derrick Dennis reports on the new rules and how residents are reacting.
