Good Samaritans bring relief to Staten Island

It took days for the American Red Cross and other relief services to arrive on Staten Island and assist victims of Superstorm Sandy. CBS2's Emily Smith found Good Samaritans from all over New York City heading into hard-hit Staten Island to take matters into their own hands, and help those suffering in the borough.
