The Northeast is taking stock of the overwhelming devastation left from Superstorm Sandy. Some of the worst damage is in New Jersey, where floods and outages prompted governor Chris Christie to postpone Halloween. Alison Harmelin reports from Atlantic City, where President Obama came to visit.
