Hurricane Sandy is churning its way up the East Coast, and is expected to rendezvous with a wintry storm from the west. CBS News hurricane consultant David Bernard breaks down where and when Sandy will make landfall; And, planting season is getting underway in Afghanistan, and the plans of local farmers may be a good indication where that war-torn country is headed. Kelly Cobiella finds out what Afghan locals think will happen when the Marines leave.
