To the people how stated that Adam is guilty. Take a hike. The police officer and his ex-lover did a terrible job on the investigation. They bloched it This is how innocent people are placed in prison. Just because the D.A. and the city cronies wanted BROWNY POINTS. To further their careers. She had past heart problems. Only her family ( mother ) would know. Then the State has the balls to say. Well her friends never said anything. The State looked defeated as the program went on. The real medical examiners were the ones that sealed the case. The gentlemen all stated that the heart was failing. The evidence is on the slides Not the idiots that worked for the State. The could not face the camera, because they were lying. You people need to get you head out of, where the sun do not shine. The justice system did its job. Adam had real police officers that know how to investigate a case. The D.A looked like crap, because she needed to win another case. Wake up people. ADAM IS INNOCENT. SO GET OVER IT.

He is guilty. This airing did not render the true story of this case. For unknown reasons 48 hours fails to mention the extensive evidence that became inadmissible at trial. It did not detail his very violent past where he was expelled from at least 1 university. ( and is rumored to have been expelled from 3 as per justice quest forum ). It fails to mention that he attempted to strangle a confidential informant that tried to come forward. Additionally it states nothing of the speech analyzations that concluded it is a certainty this man is shameful and deceiving. I am unsure as to why this airing decided to take this story a different route from very reputable legal forums propogated by lawyers and voice analyzers.

Let me preface my post with, I believe the jury made the correct call. He is completely innocent.
HOWEVER, if she was having fainting spells then they should have sought out medical attention. Two young children and you call your husband, unable to move, from where you just fell? Scary. Get that checked out- it just might have saved her life. As it is... the true blessing here is that the children don't have to grow up without either of their parents.

Condolences to the family for their loss.

I'm glad the jury saw the truth, He is innocent.
I'm glad they enlarged the photos of the tan marks on the wall and magazines the o-so-busy detective tried to eliminate...Now he can try and move on with helping his children accept their Mothers departure to heaven.

For anyone who believes this man to be innocent, you might want to consider reading the arrest warrant. You might want to scour through the evidence that the jury never heard. Top notch lawyers can make things appear quite different than what they really are.

This is a bizarre accident. The tanning spray likely caused a severe anaphylactic shock and pulmonary edema. That frothy red stuff on the floor is blood fluid from the lungs. As a doctor who works in a hospital, I can tell you that we see that frothy pink fluid many times a week in patients with florid pulmonary edema. She was likely bending over trying to breathe, and maybe grasping at her own throat trying to breathe. She died of acute fulminant pulmonary edema, likely from spray tan chemicals she inhaled during her chemical bath.
