I turly believe that this guy is NOY GUILTY! I believe that Lina died from heart failure. Just because she was young and in her 30's and did not go to a doctor for passing out the several times she did would not make her think anything sercious was wrong with her. After all her Mother had taken her when she was a little girl to see a Doctor. When she had passed out several times and they found nothing wrong with her. Because of this she more than not dismissed it as being anything serious. As far as getting breast implants! What in the HECK does that have to do with anything people? I had breast implants because I wanted them years ago,My daughter got implants too when she was 25. My neighbor got them a few years before I got mine because she wanted them . My very close friend I have had for 7 years now also had breast implant way back about the time I had mine. She too got them because she wanted them. Her daughter 3 years ago now in her 30's got them. My sister-in- law got them and her daughter did when she grew up. See people this is a very common thing! This should never have even been an issue. Talk about "A Witch Hunt"! I have to wonder If prosecutors are more concerened about winning or losing than finding out the truth. It's more about win or lose than right and wrong to them. What happened to "Insence Tell Proven Guilty"??? I love the way the procutor tried to tell her "Made Up Story" of what she though happened to Lina, and then went on to say that "Lina's own Mother" who got on the stand and testifyed for her own son-in-law that she would lie for him just so she could see her grandchildren? "Oh What A Web One Can Weave"! People what about the "Life and Truth" of the persons insence and their family's! I'm Happy that he was found Not Guily and Pray that those that still that think he is GUILTY? Is only becaues he was taken to court for this! Will STOP! He has been judge in the Court of Law as NOT GUILY! He never should have been taken to court to begin with. Remember God does the real judging here in the end. We all are judge in his eyes for what we do, say, and how we treat other poeple. This even includes the Courts Systems,Lawyers,Investigators,Police Officers, Doctors, Medical People, EMS, All of Us. We are none the same,we are all different in God's eyes. "Our Man Made Law" has already done it's job and found him" NOT GUILTY". So leave them all alone now!

I do think that the verdict of the jury was fair. He did not murder his wife. All the direct evidences showed real proofs that he was innocent. The testimony of Lina's mother was the life saver for him, but it was not the only one that saved him. Experts' testimonies about the autopsy results were controversial, and put the jury on a big question mark. They all had different results from each other, but the last expert's testimony was the final make up mind of the jury. The government, through its representative, did not follow the due process in this case. Everyone has a right for a fair trial, and I think that the jury gave the fairness verdict for him.

I lost my husband unexpected when he was only 39 years old. To this day (15 years later) there is no conclusive reason for his death. At the time my son was 10 my daughter was 19 months old. And seriously, how is a person suppose to act when they discover a dead spouse? I'm glad I had someone who knew me from the medical examiners office or I also might have been looked at suspiciously. I know people that have sought medical help only to find out that they were misdiagnosed and died because of it. I had a cousin who died at the age of 42 of a heart problem that had never been diagnosed until after she died. I also had passed out on occasion even one time collapsing off of a toilet and falling forward. By the evidence I see, this guy is innocent .

In this case I believe what they have discovered. I too have spray tanned and the running of the paint last until having a shower which they do not recommend until the next day. I too have those heart issues but I do not talk about it with friends as I am in denial. That's just how it goes. The pieces to the puzzle on this one are just not sitting right and knowing what I am seeing, I side to the heart issue. I live the denial.

99.9% of the time I believe the person accused is usually guilty. just watching this preview, the guy seems guilty. The 911 audio he sounded like a terrible actor. will be interesting to watch.

I am very curious to see what angle 48 hours takes on this case. Having watched the trial on TV, I for one came away with a guilty verdict. To me there are just too many things that do not add up to proclaim this man innocent. This case and verdict was the product of a bungling police department, and horrible prosecutors getting beat by a high priced defense team and a suspect with deep pockets (or at least family members with deep pockets). Listening to the analysts looking for a motive drove me crazy as well. THERE WAS NO MOTIVE! He got into an argument or altercation with his wife that night and in the heat of it, he accidently murdered his wife. Mr. Kaufman is a big strong man, it really would not take that much to choke out his wife.

First of all its so sad. The entire family is in my prayers...esp. Lina. Breast Implants mean no signs of who is she getting it for. Its for herself...to feel good or better about herself. Who knows marine1957, if her "husband" was constantly verbally abusing her and she wanted to do something to make herself feel better? Or he was having an affair? She was trying to keep him by changing her body with implants? On the other side, the dating thing...everyone deals with death different ways..good friends of mine married and her husband had a sudden death without knowing he had a tear in one of his heart valves, she woke up one morning and he was gone he had passed. We all were so surprised how she dated three months after his passing. Esp, since they were such a strong couple and always together and so happy. I think she needed to find a way to comfort her...this was the only way for her I guess. Everyones made up so differently. But, to kill a spouse, a family member any innocent one and not in self defense is something I will never understand. = (

1. There must have been a reason for Lina to be getting breast implants - was she trying to please her husband who might have been less than interested in her lately?
2. How can there be any doubt about a thin wire magazine rack pressing on one spot of her neck v.s. human hands pressing all over her neck to produce strangulation?
3. How can a husband be thought of as having loved his wife when, only a month after her death he is dating? If my wife died, I wouldn't be able to date again for at least a year...

About 20 years ago or a little more, I heard on the news that a young women had died of a reaction to hair spray, that she breethed into her lungs. and from that moment on to this day ,when ever I use hair spray on my hair ,I hold my breath untile I go out of the bathroom to breeth. I believe this happened to two women, but I am sure of that one. They might want to look into this, because I haven't heard of anyone mentioning this. This could have happened to her .
