Yelp has come out against vendors who pay people to fill their Yelp profiles with contrived positive reviews. Rebecca Jarvis and Anthony Mason spoke with Reuters Mediafile columnist John C. Abell about what Yelp is doing about it, if it's working, and how to spot a fake review.
