TD Bank data breach affects 260,000 customers

The commerce department says retail sales rose 1.1 percent in September, Japan's Softbank will pay $20.1 billion to buy 70 percent of Sprint Nextel, and a data breach at TD Bank may have affected the personal information of more than 260,000 customers. Alexis Christoforous reports.
