Biden debate behavior shows "he's a human being," Van Hollen says

Maryland Rep. Chris Van Hollen, who played the role of Republican VP nominee Paul Ryan during debate preparations, told CBS News correspondent Nancy Cordes that Vice President Biden's laughter and interruptions during the debate Thursday night show "he's a human being-- and when Paul Ryan makes a statement that is just not credible or believable, I think most people would have that kind of reaction."
