Ms. Logan,

Thank you for your report. However, I found you rather mild challenging of the remote pilots re what they do dismaying. This is yet another example of how war is depersonalized so that it's less horrific.
No doubt the "enemy" will find new ways to fight this which will in turn mean more weaponry spent on in the US. When will the cycle end? Would you or any reporter have the courage to ask that question. This gets at a fundamental contradiction peace cannot be achieved by violence or destruction. Could this question ever be asked by you or any reported?

Thanks again for your work. I've watched your other reports over the years. It's really been great. I found this disappointing because of what a weapon from a drone does to a village and the people who live there. Could a pilot go there and see it sometime and talk with the survivors?
Thanks so much!

3 Cheers for the US Air Force for their step into the future. Why risk a life when it is cheaper and more effective for a UMAV to do the job and just as effectively.

I remember when "Puff the Magic Dragon" could shoot a bullet into every square foot of a Vietnamese football field in one minute, when smelling devices could be planted in trees to detect the VC underneath, when a chemical could be sprayed on trees to remove the tree cover, when private construction companies supported the military and pacification, and when VC prisoners were turned over to local authorities for torture. I think 60 minutes covered at least three of these.
Unfortunately technology was not enough then...or today.
