I remember seeing this show last April or May. Yes, this is a rerun that is showing this Saturday. This show about Tom and Jackie Hawks affected me like no other show I have seen in my life. It is truly a case of unimaginable evil that happened to two wonderful, loving people. My mind simple could not grasp the horror that these two people went thru and the way they died. I can see why the lead detective, Dave Byington, was so affected by this case, and you will, too, when you watch this show. You will never forget the case of Tom and Jackie Hawks.

I just finished reading "Vanished at Sea" and cannot get this horrible story out of my head. Tom and Jackie seemed like such nice people ---the type that if you met them at a local bar on one of their cruises, they'd invite you to have a beer with them. I am very sorry for the families and friends of these 2 wonderful people. It is without a doubt they will be missed. May the ones responsible think about this every single day of their rotten lives. Rest in peace, Tom and Jackie.

It is really sad that this guy turned out the way he did. I watched him in an ep of MMPR & he seemed like a good kid.

Hey Libertarian1776,

I hope and pray that you or your family never has to endure something so brutal in your lives as this poor family did.

I have followed the story of Tom and Jackie Haws for a few years, and without a doubt, it is one of the most horrible and despicable crimes in American history. It is not easy to find people so evil as Skylar Deleon and his wife. Even though I never met Tom and Jackie, I was so impressed by what happened to them, that three nights I had nightmares, and I woke up breathing hard for air because I felt I was sinking deep in the ocean. Nowadays,
it is important never to have our guards down, because you never know when you are going to encounter monsters like the Deleon couple.
