- I feel the verdict is so unfair for Cindy Summers, I had no insurance to collect nor did he die of poison but he did die of a heart attack. I didn''t cry when they told me he was gone, I shouted no!!! but didn''t cry because I had children to be strong for and couldn''t let them see me fall apart. Withing a week or so I was out at the bars drinking and laughing, dancing just because I knew he would want me to not sit around feeling sorry for him being gone he was no longer left on this earth to suffer as I was. We believe in Heaven and life continues. So cut her some slack.
