Andy, well said. It''s what I''ve been thinking for years. I heard Christmas carols in the grocery store the day after Halloween. It makes me furious! There should''nt be a sign of Christmas anywhere until the day after Thanksgiving. I, too, love Thanksgiving best, even though I have to cook the meal. There''s just something special about joining with family to appreciate what we have & give thanks for our country.

Andy, very well said! It is ridiculous that the advertisements for Christmas started a little after Halloween. Thanksgiving is quickly becoming everyone''s favorite holiday because it isn''t about base desires, but rather a hefty meal and family and good memories. Advertisements and lawyers are the two most detrimental forces to the quality of life in this country. Everywhere you go you have to either be careful to not make any mistakes or dodge an array of advertisements. They all try to test your sanity.

Andy, I agree! I changed radio stations until after Thanksgiving because one of my favorite stations has already started playing 100% Christmas Music. Thanksgiving is my favorite Holiday because to me it is all about being with family, enjoying their company, and being Thankful. Lets celebrate Thanksgiving, then we can start thinking about Christmas. Happy Thanksgiving Andy!

Andy,Andy, Andy, and care only about eating until your stuffed, Andy. You said, that all you have to do on Thanksgiving, is to EAT, and sit around and watch the Game. That nobody has to do any work. WELL ANDY how about all those cooks, and chefs, who have to slave over a hot stove, carry, heavy food sources, worry about food poisoning, and getting splashed with hot grease. Just so you can feed you rear end, and BS, because you have nothing to do on Thanksgiving, but to eat and watch football. Then their the players, who played the game, that your upset with because, they ran, instead of passed. The people in the stadium, selling food, acting as security, making a few bucks,an hour trying to raise money just to put food on the table, the rest of the year. Then their are the people, at the TV stations, who have to give up their holiday. I wont even mention, the people at the hospitals, who have to work, just in cased you ate to much, Andy. I think, that this Thanksgiving, you better be giving thanks, to. Well you know who I am talking about.
