A 9 mm Ruger was used to gun down Greg and Bernadette Ohlemacher in their home. As Erin Moriarty reports, finding the gun could mean solving the crime.

- The CBS story implies that the family dog was killed but it was never specifically stated as such. I have a deep affection for shetland sheepdogs and am curious if their sheltie was killed. By the way, shelties only bark at intruders and do not bite. Typically, they hide from conflict. It was not necessary to kill the family dog. I don''t think the daughter would have the family dog killed either.

- First of all my prayers go out to the family&friends of Greg&Bernadette. They have had to endure this atrocity for over 3 years now with no one imprisoned for this crime. As a coworker of Greg''s I''ve taken it upon myself to periodically contact the DA and ask where they''re at on this premediated double murder. It goes without saying that hopefully justice will someday prevail.
